We will be serving stunning Cornish dry aged Cote de boeuf supplied by Mr Phillip Warren. Your whole large portion of succulent Cornish beef will be expertly cooked medium rare over open flames, and doused with lashings of thyme infused butter. Served with freshly cooked, herb dusted skinny fries, oven roasted plum tomato, horseradish cream and seasonal green salad.
What to drink
We will offer a carefully chosen selection of classy big reds for this one, from France, Argentina, Spain & Lebanon, all priced sensibly.
What to bring
Aside from glasses, you will need to bring plates and cutlery. And even with our balmy summer weather the evenings do get chilly so bring a blanket too!
